Let me start by saying that this was almost a two year process. Initially I asked Richie and Taleen to come over and look at my house during the pandemic to possibly move out of state. We ended up staying, but then saw a house in our town that would better suit us, so we asked to list our house. Unfortunately the purchase fell through so we ended up not selling. Then, in April of 2023 we quickly put our house back on the market and it was sold within 3 weeks. This is where the fun begins; Taleen must have shown us 20+ houses in the next 4 weeks, spending hours with us and driving back and forth between our town and the one we were looking for. I sent her texts all day everyday - she assured me to not panic about finding a house, and she was right! Sure enough she negotiated a purchase for us in a great home. I would use the Krug Team again, for sure!
